"I think businessdynamics is a fantastic way of helping to bridge the gap between school life and the work place. It helps to provide ideas and tales of real life experiences to the students to help them make what may be their first life-changing decisions about whether to go straight into work or pursue the route of higher education.
Having entered the business world from education 18 months ago, I am highly aware of the need to develop business skills as early as possible. businessdynamics makes students aware of this and encourages them to seek opportunities to develop these skills whilst still in education."
Michelle Arnold, PricewaterhouseCoopers
"Working with businessdynamics is a hugely rewarding experience. On the one hand, the children get to know about the world outside of school and on the other hand I get to work on my presentation technique with the most critical and unreserved audience I’ll ever face. If anything isn’t clear, they let me know! From a selfish point of view, working with businessdynamics offers individuals and businesses a great opportunity to develop and grow."
Chris Hyde, Bosch
"businessdynamics programmes really do bring business to life for students. The students seem to get so much more fun from us talking about our job and participating in business related activities as opposed to learning from a book or computer. Being seminar leaders has been a very rewarding experience for us personally. It’s certainly helped us to develop our presentation skills, whilst also getting the chance to meet teachers regularly to keep up with changes in education. It’s great fun."
Steve Arkinstall and David McNally, Barclays
"I think that it is important to remember that if you help one person feel more valuable and confident in themselves, then it is all worthwhile. I felt that I showed students that even if they aren’t doing well in their exams, there are other skills outside of academia that they are learning that are relevant to the workplace.
It is a great return on your investment. You can put something back, without giving up a lot of your time. It is incredibly rewarding."
Lesley Thomson, ExxonMobil
